View NotesJed Luckless & Lluis Indigo hit the stage together for another show on Jed's 2023 Europe Tour! This time the pair is in France at La Fabrik, a venue that's been on the tour since the beginning in 2017. The place was packed to the brim with Jed Heads and Fabrikers and the energy was off the hook! Lluis takes the stage first, opening with his bouncy "Samba" followed by "WOWA" or 'Words of Wise Ancestors." Up next is the rocker "Grand Enigma" which he played with Jed at the last show, but struts out in solo form here. He closes his set wiht the beautiful Spanish song "Si Te Vas," a song I think we're all hoping to hear with Jed next time! Jed joins Lluis on stage for his encore, which includes the John Lennon song "Imagine" followed by the blues rocker "Blue on Black" which features some harmonica from Jed and some nice dual vocals. They end with the ever popular anthem "Hope Road" which seems made for these two to play together. Jed continues with his own solo set, kicking it off with "The Freeze," and opening that up into a nice jam the segues into his own bluesy rocker "Black Molly." After a few thank you's he rolls out a short version of "Moved To The Country," followed by a cover of the Phish song "Twist" with one more jam before ending his set with a fun romp through the Grateful Dead's "The Race Is On." Lluis joins Jed on stage for his encore, which starts off with the Bob Dylan song "All Along The Watchtower," which the pair jam out nicely into a cool ambient section before closing the show with Jed's "Far Gone Blues." This is another great show featuring one of the coolest pairings of guitar talent we've seen! The solo sets are both fun, but the highlights are found in the encores, both of which illustrate how well Jed and Lluis match up with each other. A must listen! Enjoy!
