View NotesJed Luckless is back with his Kasvot Vaxt & Phish cover band "Clueless Wallob" closing out the Follow The Sun Music & Arts Festival in Secondlife. This show was also the last show on Jed's 2022 Europe Tour and the only stop in The Netherlands. The show opens perfectly with "Set Your Soul Free" capturing the mood of the festival crowd right off the bat. Kenny Kaufman takes the lead vocals next on "Mike's Song" which features a nice jam section before skipping the typical "I Am Hydrogen" middle portion in favor of "Simple." It's a good version of the tune with the band vocals really coming together, and they jam it out nicely before an abrupt tranistion into "Birds Of A Feather," featuring Mark Mattson on vocals. Jed takes the mic again for a nice rendition of the more recent Phish tune "Sigma Oasis," and Pete Martine fires up a swift backbeat for "Sand" right on its heels. The "Sand" jam makes its way into "Weekapuag Groove" to close the set. Second set opens with "Tweezer" and just like Phish, the fellas open it up into the longest jam of the night, with great keyboard and guitar interplay and a nice mix of minor and major jamming. It transitions smoothly into a short version of "Free," after which the band debuts a great version of Kasvot Vaxt tune "We Are Come To Outlive Our Brains." The Talking Heads song "Cities" closes out a short second set as the festivals closing firework show was about to begin, but the band returns to the stage for a lengthy encore featuring a mellow "Waste" and an energetic "Slave To The Traffic Light." The obligatory "Tweezer Reprise" puts a fun exclamation point on the show. This is a great ending to Jed's Europe Tour and a super fun show by a band we don't get enough of, featuring a group of talented members of JLB, Stonehill and Tiberius performing some of your favorite Phish tunes and laying down some great jams. Enjoy!
