View Notes*Matrix* ---------------------------------------------------- SBD: Recording Info: SBD -> Dat -> Cassette Master (TDK SA100) Transfer Info: Cassette Master (Sony TC-WE475) -> Apogee MiniMe -> Samplitude Professional v7.02 -> FLAC (2 Discs Audio / 2 Discs FLAC) All Transfers and Mastering By Charlie Miller [email protected] July 22, 2006 Notes: -- Last 2 seconds of Cumberland supplied by Jeff Fishman's source -- Most of d2t01 supplied by Jeff Fishman's source ---------------------------------------------------- AUD: Sennheiser ME-80's>Technics SV-MD1 DAT Master>Tascam DA-30MKII>Sound Devices 702>Wavelab 5(Fades, Sample Rate Conversion)>CDWAV>FLAC Recorded, Transferred & Uploaded By Keith Litzenberger --------------------------------------------------- Thank you to Charlie Miller for the SBD transfer, and to Keith Litzenberger for recording the show and providing the AUD transfer. Matrix by Hunter Seamons using Final Cut Pro (FLAC>AIFF>Final Cut>WAV>FLAC) October 11, 2008 Notes: 1) SBD source was about 1.5% fast. 2) Cut in the SBD between Cumberland and Moon, before encores, and for the first two minutes of the recording. Brief cut in the SBD near the end of Saint. Sizable Cuts in SBD and AUD during Space - these cuts did not overlap, so the whole song is now present. Brief dropout in the AUD mid Attics. 3) Because of just plain weirdness in the Tuning track of the SBD in set 2, which was mostly the Fishman patch, I opted to only have the AUD play. 4) I noticed some faint clicks/static in the SBD here and there.

View NotesThe James Young & Clay Brennecke FOB Vault - a GEMS Production May 2008 ... we are in progress with The James Young and Clay Brennecke FOB Vault Transfer Project. We have all the Master DATs and are hard at work transferring, editing and soon to be releasing the shows Clay & James recorded from 1991 through 1994. James and Clay began recording with B&K 4011 microphones and a Sony Pro DAT in the Spring of 1991. Summer 1991 mainly saw recordings from the Front Row Dead Center of the Official Taper Section (OTS). June 28, 1991 was their first FOB Recording. And starting with Fall 1991, all of their recordings were All FOB All The Time! Early they recorded with the B&K 4011 Cardiod Mics in the ORTF pattern into a Modified Sony Pro DAT Deck. In 1993, James traded in the B&K's for the AMS ST-250 Soundfield Mic and recorded in the Blumlein pattern into the modified Sony Pro DAT Deck. We are starting at the beginning and working our way to the end of this vault. Spring 1991 through 1994. We have added artwork for CD's and included an m3u playlist for import into your choice of PC/MAC media player ... and if your player supports FLAC, all you have to do is place the folder where you plan to store the files and import the playlist - tracks, tagged and with art are ready for you. We hope you enjoy their body of recording work. ------- Todd & Jamie - Project GEMS.
