IDR used for 32 > 16bit conversions of DAW files.Tracking and verification done by dwonk. First BT hosting by macdaddy October 31, 2003. (too)shntool join>resampled to 32bit float/96khz>matrix>16 bit signed pcm WAV 44100 hz>tracking>FLAC The oade being the lowest gen was used for reference, the 2 auds ran really close together, speed correction board (-4.9% on average set1, -2.8 set2 flux throughout) fortunately the board was really clean,I took the liberty of repairing some of the usual baloon pops. I would guarantee that the fob is the oade recording, mislabeled somewhere along the lines, final mix appr 60/40 sbd/aud sbd was missing tuning between just about every song in the 1st set, the end of tennessee Jed was cut and also some butchering towards the end of what was there(T JED),missing 1min 25 sec of drums set 2 Missing all of encore US BLUES severe distortion at 62.26 nfa in both sources thanks go out to the Oade bros for sharing their diehard devotion and taping skills w/ all of us thanks as always to Jonathan Aizen(gdiap) for keeping us stocked up on the internet archive a very special thanks goes out to 'Cafe Wilhelmina' in Willemstad, Curacao during my last port call I was able to chat w/ my wife, see my kids on the webcam, and download these 3 sources while enjoying a very tasty treat. gave me a project to pass the time on my way home. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ FOB PCM->PCM->DATs->CDR->EAC->SHN(id=2249) I thought this was going to be a 3 source matrix but it turns out all 3 auds on the archive are Oade transfers of differing generations. after listening to(while watching the waveforms) several times, a few seconds of extra crowd at the beginning, one major glitch in the left channel, don't recall the spot but after the .1% speed correction, the waveforms were identical, leveling slightly different, but an exact match. so i didn't see a need to add gens to the matrix when it would have no real effect on sound. rjh

Taper Notes:
View Notesnotes - This recording was done to capture as much as possable. There were no tape flips requiring fast forwarding or rewinding during the actual recording. Side A of the first tape was recorded then Side A of the second cassette. Everything was then fast forwarded at the break and the B Sides were recorded. Very little crowd noise has been removed. Those who's ears are very susuptable to tape hiss should stear clear of this offering. See comments on my 11/1/85 offering.
