View NotesJLB 2.0 hits the stage again at The Blarney Stone in Secondlife, and for only the second time out with the new lineup, the band sounds as good as ever, delivering a short but hot show featuring new debuts and wicked jams.

Things kick off with a nice jam that eases into the JLB sci-fi classic "Ozone Blues." The band then pays tribute to Phish Tour (which started this week) with the classic "Bouncing Around The Room" jammed out nicely before transitioning into the Mark Gutenplan song "Remember This Night" which clocks in at over ten minutes with a real hot jam. Without missing a beat, the band shifts into "Used To Feel Good," a Jed Luckless ditty making it's debut with JLB (although played solo for a while now). As if the set wasn't hot enough, the fellas launch into a twelve minute first set "Victim of The Rhythm" featuring a wicked jam before wrapping up the set with the Moe song "Happy Hour Hero."

Second set is shorter due to a curfew at the venue, but the boys still manage to deliver a great set full of fun tunes, drum solos and jams. The set opens with more Phish, this time the cover song "Gumbo," before launching into a pair of Luckless originals "Far Gone Blues" and "Sugar Pop." The Gutenplan song "Road Trip" comes next and is a bit speedy, but the jam portion is pretty nice and gives way to Pete Martine's drum interlude which has become standard second set fare for the band. Pete makes amazing use of the virtual kit and when Jed joins in with his "Theramin" things really get wild. The drums jam shifts into the middle eastern sounding "Valley Of The Saints" followed by the classic JLB ballad "Smile Forever. The band squeezes in a rocking "After Midnight" before the curfew kicks in.

Another fun outing for JLB 2.0 with some classic tunes, some new tunes and some fantastic jams. Enjoy!
