View NotesNotes on Stu Allen & Mars Hotel from The Ashkenaz Community Center, Berkeley CA, Sept. 24, 2014. Recoring gear used: Sound Devices 744T 4-channel hard disc recorder @ 24/96 resolution. Sources: Crown CM-700 cardioid condenser mics @ the stage lip 6ft. apart to either side of the drum kit which was placed at the center of the stage 1 ft. from the stage lip; bass track via a splitter on stage passed thru Jon Hart's 788T; keyboards via the monitor mixer & 788T. All 4 sources mixed via a Shure FP-42 to 2-tracks. Both output channels into channels 1 & 2 of the 744T. SBD 2-channel feed ch. 3 & 4. Path: 744T>ext. hard drive>Samplitude Pro X>TLH>flac.
