View NotesPhish Bowl returns! For its SEVENTEENTH outing. And once again Clueless Wallob is in attendance to pay tribute to football and the music of Phish! It's the band's seventh appearance at Phish Bowl. The event took place on February 6, 2026, two nights before the Super Bowl, at Lexie Luan Memorial Arena in Second Life, with Moondance Parx on the lights. As always this is a show full of spectacle, and it opens up with the usual fanfare along with the national anthem and fireworks before the band launches into "AC/DC Bag" to kick things off. It's right into "Blaze On" next, which really elevates the party vibe in the arena right off the bat. After a brief thank you for seventeen years of Phish Bowl, Jed leads the group into "Gotta Jibboo" with a nice groove, followed by "Bathtub Gin" which mixes up the first big jam of the night and a tight segues right into "2001" which seems to lift the whole stadium into space! Kenny Kaufman takes the reigns next for a taste of "Gumbo" before the band tackles "Run Like An Antelope" for their first time to close out the first half. The halftime act this year is Roulette Brown and she treats the crowd to a fantastic mix of Alicia Keys songs, before handing the mic back to Jed for the big Phish Bowl Trophy presentation, which was awarded to the "Tweeprise" show at SPAC on July 27, 2025. The second half kicks off with a monster version of "What's Going Through Your Mind," another debut for Clueless, but it's back to a couple favorites next with "Mike's Song" paired with "Turtle In The Clouds" (the first song ever played by Clueless at Phish Bowl X in 2019!). Jam vehicle "Ruby Waves" rolls in next with an awesome jam that segues into "Strange Design" led by Mark Mattson on keys and vocals. The bouncy "Evolve" follows setting the stage for the finale of the set, a high-energy take on "Backwards Down The Numberline." The encore features Pete Martine on "Sleeping Monkey" and a perfect ending with "Weekapuag Groove." It's incredible that Phish Bowl has been going for so long, and wonderful that Clueless Wallob has become a mainstay. This is certainly one of their best performances, with an awesome setlist, some tasty jams and a whole lotta fun. Sound is excellent too. Definitely a must-hear for the Phish Fan out there. Looking forward to the next one! Enjoy!
