View NotesTHIS FILE IS APPENDED FROM A PREVIOUS ETREE SEED. THAT TEXT FILE APPEARS BELOW. THIS SEED IS BASED ON CHARLIE MILLER'S SEED #26352. IF YOU HAVE SEED 26352, YOU NEED ONLY TO DOWNLOAD THE FOLLOWING FILES AND SUBSTITUTE FOR THE PREVIOUS SHN FILES: gd90-07-18d1t01.shn gd90-07-18d1t02.shn gd90-07-18d2t07.shn gd90-07-18d3t01.shn gd90-07-18d3t02.shn gd90-07-18d3t03.shn gd90-07-18d3t04.shn gd90-07-18.md5 THIS SEED IS BASED ON 26352, WITH CHANGES AS NOTED: 1. The beginning of Help on the Way is restored, including about 23 seconds of tuning and crowd noise, from the cassette master source (etree #12579). 2. Fixed tracking between d1t1 and d1t2. 3. d2t06 should be relabeled as "jam," not "drums." There is a cool four-minute theme after Terrapin. 4. d3t01 (drums) is now d2t07, following normal disk splitting convention. You may, of course, put it anywhere you'd like. Drums and space are seamless. 5. Fixed small gap at the beginning of d2t07. 6. Moved the last 30 seconds of space to the beginning of The Other One; this is where the Other One theme develops. 7. Cut about a minute of dead air before the encore. 8. Cut about 30 seconds of dead air after the encore.

It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files. If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped, however audio data will remain unaffected. If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy. Use ffp to validate audio integrity. Md5 values will change if tagging is altered. Dave Usborne 03-08-2015

Taper Notes:
View NotesNotes: Digitally remastered using a custom built, Dual-DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by [email protected]. Completed on October 31, 2004. Set 1 and Set 2 were processed separately in an attempt to get the sound between the two sources as close as possible at flat setting. The original source for set 1 appears to have some limiting or audio compression applied which accounts for the difference in levels between the sets, and also made the task of matching the sound that much more difficult. The mix starts out rough and settles in at about 1 minute in to track d1t01. There are phase issues throughout due to the matrix recording techniques, and also due to the in and out of the vocal mics.

View NotesThis show was recorded differently than the rest of the tour. I mic'd the rear/delay speaker stacks hanging off of the pavilion area with mics spaced about 40-50 feet apart. My tour buddy Steve "Baldy" Ulman and I had been discussing mic'ing the rear stacks all summer and decided to pull it off here. He went in early with two towels to save small spots for the mic stands and I came in behind with two mic stands and the gear. We spaced out the mics and hit record with the mics pointing up at the speakers instead of trying to mic the main PA speakers located under the covered section. The results were better than expected! Occasionally you can hear a blown speaker in the stacks distorting, but still way worth it! Many thanks to: Baldy Kenny Watts for the 722 Kevin Klopp for loaning me his mic stands

View NotesComments: These were the only shows I was able to get to in 1990. Since it was two nights in a row, maybe we'll get a Dew. Got one, with a great show as well. These were some of the last shows before the band lost Brent 8 days later. Enjoy the recording folks. Please: Convert to lossy format only for personal use. Please: Do Not Buy or Sell This Recording. Please: Trade Freely, Keeping The Recorder And Lineage Information Intact. Please: Relax and Enjoy!
