View Notes*Matrix* ---------------------------------------------------- SBD (shnid=5489): Master Soundboard Cassette > Cassette > DAT > CDR [Cuts:] "Birdsong" from 7:25 thru 8:59, as well as from the 5:06 mark of "Not Fade Away" thru the "Brokedown Palace" encore. Patching / CD Mastering by Scott Clugston EAC'ed / SHN'ed by Scott Clugston 9/04/01 ---------------------------------------------------- AUD (shnid=35084): Master: Beyer M201's (X-Y) > Sony TCD5M (Maxell MX 90, no dolby) Location: 140 feet from stage (behind board) Transfer: Sony TC-RX 370 > Echo Gina 24 @ 16/48 > BIAS PEAK VST 2.8 > Mac G-4 dual 533 > Adaptec toast > Matshita CD-RW 7808 > EAC (PC w/pentium III 700) > flac v1.7.1 etree ed. Mastered by the Executive Crew (T.P. K.H.) Transferred by Kyle Holbrook [email protected] Released into widespread circulation via bt.etree.org on June 13, 2006 by Tim Burke - [email protected] --------------------------------------------------- Thank you to Scott Clugston for the SBD transfer, to Executive Crew, Kyle Holbrook and Tim Burke for the AUD transfer, and to Mr. B. for help with pitch correction. Matrix by Hunter Seamons using Final Cut Pro (SHN & FLAC>AIFF>Final Cut>WAV>FLAC) November 16, 2008 Notes: 1) There were lots of fluctuations in the SBD levels and mix throughout Alabama Getaway, so there are areas of weirdness in the vocals and instrumentation. I adjusted the levels to smooth some places out. Everything is pretty copacetic by the beginning of GSET. A level adjustment was made during Peggy-O. 2) Fades and an "audience-only" patch were used to create a seamless AUD track, although the latter half of Drums is cut in the AUD. The other AUD source available (shnid=11589) has a cut in most of the same area, so I could not patch the gap. 3) In addition to the aforementioned SBD cuts, a large portion of Space was missing from the SBD, as well as part of the UJB intro, which had not been patched in the original source. The show is now complete. 4) The AUD helps bring out Garcia's guitar, which was a bit low in the SBD mix.
