View NotesDTS-Audio-CD 5.1 Mix Track Data: ___________________________________________________________ Tech Notes SHN's were decoded to wav and SF 7.0 was used to reassemble the tracks back to 1 long wave. Adobe Audition 1.5 was used to align and synch the SBD and AUD sources. SF 7.0 used to adjust the volume for the SBD, FOB, center & LFE channels. Surcode CDPro DTS was used to encode to DTS. An MTX version was made using Adobe Audition 1.5 (w/o ctr & sub channels). - Mixed by pls - FLAC conversion 7-1-2005 ___________________________________________________________ DTS-Audio-CD Info ___________________________________ Front Left Channel: SBD Right Channel: SBD ___________________________________ Center AUD Mixed to mono -5db ___________________________________ Surround Left Channel: AUD Right Channel: AUD ___________________________________ Sub/LFE SBD mixed to Mono at full strength eq'd to 020 hz -1.5 028 hz -1.0 040 hz +0.3 056 hz +0.9 080 hz +3.0 113 hz +5.6 160 hz +8.4 225 hz +4.4 320 hz +1.3 Both sources were light on Phil & it was not easy to bring him up without getting Billy's kick too dominate. ___________________________________ Center AUD mixed to Mono at -5 db I think this choice works better than using the SBD. Keeps clarity up front and seems to smooth out the balance during between song chatter. ___________________________________ More On DTS Today's audio standards are moving toward multi-channel sound, like DTS and Dolby Digital. While the Audio - CD standard (Red Book) hasn't changed to accommodate these new sound formats, it's still possible to go around the specification and to put a 5.10 surround recording on a regular Audio - CD. To play a DTS - Audio - CD you must connect your DVD/CD player via a digital cable (optical or coaxial) to your DTS Dolby - Digital receiver. It is not 100% sure that your receiver will recognize a DTS - Audio CD, so the first time you're trying to playback a DTS-Audio-CD you must do a test to determine if it can. Begin with volume very low, play the disc and raise the volume gradually.NEVER listen to a DTS-Audio-CD through the analog audio outputs of your CD/DVD player. Burning Instructions: burn them the same way you would burn any normal Audio CD from .shn files. _________________________

View NotesThis is the MTX version of the DTS created and outlined below: OK boys and girls, I had to do this one because it was the show that got me hooked into wasting countless hours staring at an endless succession of tape decks. I road tripped to the show ticketless and spent the entire night leaning against the stage watching the band have a ball. The guy Bobby refers to when he announces that they're gonna play one they haven't played in awhile was right behind me and he must've peppered them with a ceaseless 'Lazy Lightnin' chant for - let's see, according to the track listing I'd estimate about 47 minutes.... Enjoy! And by the way - for the omnipotent among us, please reserve judgement at the beginning of Jack Straw. The show was almost impossible to reassemble because one of the two sources suffers from some serious speed issues at the beginning. I challenge those who tend to challenge to identify and resolve. But, by the time the band relaxes and Jack Straw starts to rock, things are pretty much just exactly the way they should be. And for the guy who critiqued this show on etree and said Jerry was just going through the paces - check out ... well maybe you'll have to go into the second tune and listen to TLEO.
