Jones for his help with the pitch correction ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---Thank You Keith Gatto, Pete Jaeger and Jim Wise for recording the show. ---Thank You Michael Turi For extracting the files from your personal cd's. ---Thank you Charlie Miller for your work on Jim's recording. ---Thanks to germain for everything;seeding, encouragement, advice and tutelage. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Germain's original notes: This source has significant high end energy and is thus clearer than circulating sources. There is significant crowd noise, the occasional mic bump and individual chat & claps like one would expect from the mic location. These isssues are far more prevelent in the acoustic set. The recorder was paused between most nonsequential songs. These are rather abrupt. Can patches from another source be added to fill missing sections of songs? 101 @1:45 mic bump -> cut (maybe 1 minute lost) ..... transition// sound improves after cut 102 transition// 103 transition// 104 transition// 105 transition// 106 transition// 107 ok 108 cut at beginning about 1:40 of music missing .....end of set// 201 muddier than preceeding set, less crowd noise. Is this the same recording?? 202 clarity improves... transition// 203 Bobby announcement -> dead air -> FOTD ...transition// (The first minute should probably be placed at the end of the preceeding track.) 204 ok 205 transition// 206 transition// 207 transition// 208 ok 209 ok 301 Scarlet > Fire combined 302 Sailor> Saint combined 303 Drums// some of drums is missing but this source's drums/space times out longer than other sources in circulation 304 Drums continues into space (the placement of the track break is not quite on que) 305 ok 306 ok 307 audience at end of songs somewhat fades out then abrupt recorder shut off 308 OK ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Patch Notes: Acoustic set: Dire Wolf - 39 seconds Dire Wolf-On the Road Again transition - 26 seconds On the Road Again - beginning cut patched On the Road Again-I've Been All Around This World transition - 18 seconds I've Been All Around This World-Monkey & the Engineer transition - 30 seconds To Lay Me Down-Heaven Help the Fool transition cut on both sources Heaven Help the Fool-Bird Song transition cut on both sources Ripple - 1:38 Electric set 2: New Minglewood Blues-China Cat Sunflower transition - 24 seconds Electric set 3: Drums - 18 seconds Crowd noise and the beginning of U.S. Blues - 45 seconds ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tagging notes: Show information is embedded within the header of each flac file. It will display on any player capable of directly playing flac files. If converted to wav during processing, all tags will be stripped, however audio data will remain unaffected. If you must transcode to a lossy format, do so directly Flac > Lossy. Use ffp to validate audio integrity. Md5 values will change if tagging is altered. dusborne 5-5-2012
