Local H playing their 3rd (proper) drive in concert after the successful run of shows at the Harvest Moon in Gibson City this past June. They did play a pair of shows in Schaumburg, IL in August, but that was in a large parking lot. They named this the "sequel" (clever) to the original pair and stated it would be the last big show they would play before they return to their bunker and work on recording some new material later this year. They have made mention of a new Mixtape (Volume 3) and ideas that might lead to a new record. Regardless, this is a wonderful set with a few songs that have not been performed in a few years. Highlights were "Sports Bar", "Bag Of Hammers", "Leon And The Game Of Skin" and the entire acoustic set (which sounds really good) on this recording. Plus, who can doubt an encore that leads off with "Buffalo Trace"? Amazing stuff. Listen loud.
