View NotesNotes: A rockin' all Phish show from Jammin' Jed Luckless on Thanksgiving eve. You can tell Jed is finally comfortable in the new studios, as he delivers an old school mix of random Phishy jams. He moves comfortably through two sets filled with extended improv pieces, a few favortie covers and several first timers for Jed. The first set starts off fast with a bouncy jam into "Roses Are Free" before relaxing into a rocking, extended "Cities" jam. Jed makes valiant first attempts at a challenging "Twenty Years Later" and Paige's "Army Of One," before launching into a jammed out "Sand" to close out the set. Second set picks right up where Jed left off, with an intense improv jam leading its way into a "Tube" where unlike previous versions, Jed inserts the smokin' middle blues change. He switches up the pace with a beautiful "Waste" before serving up "Gumbo" and a mellow, loungey "Lawn Boy." "Chalkdust Torture" lifts the set back up, launching it into a stellar Undermind premiere with a jam where Jed plays keys! A Grateful Dead encore request from the audience led to "Quinn The Eskimo" as a perfect exclamation on this rockin' Thanksgiving show.
