View NotesPer Eriks notes: I've never been a fan of this band, but took the chance to see them live. It was a pretty weird happening. Isstadion was only half full, and probably half of the crowd were U.S. fans that followed them around on the European tour. It was recorded on the far side. After the show I went down to the 'tapers section' where a few fans with pro-equipment had recorded the show on DAT, which was completely new back then. I talked to a guy from Oregon who had 3 or 4 SONY TCD5's and made 3-4 master tapes at the same time. I asked if I could have a copy of his recordings - which I could, but I never heard from him again. We hope you enjoy this recording!

View Notes- Huge thanks to Greg for another fine source!! . There is some sporadic over saturation in the vocals, they were very hot on the raws. I did my best to attenuate without being too invasive/destructive and it came out OK, but there are still some moments that it's pretty obvious. Greg lent his d5 out to friends to tape these runs in exchange for the masters when they came back. From my conversations with Greg about these, all he had were the notes on the actual tapes which lend no hint as to what type of rigs they were patched out of. All tape flips cross faded, eq to taste, plugins to flavor. Enjoy the show.
