View NotesBob Melamed and I were fortunate enough to see a ton of JGB and The Grateful Dead back in the late 80's and early 90's. Bob didn't miss a show from 1989 to 1993/94. He taped most shows religiously w/ some board patches, when allowed. I ran into Bob at Dead and Company in August and asked him about his ridiculous DAT collection. Long story short...I drove up to his daughter's place in Boulder and transferred several hundred of them back to my home in Denver. Charlie Miller was kind enough to introduce me to Mark Goldey and Jamie Lutch. This is the first attempt at the Bob Melamed DAT Liberation Project (BMDLP). I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
