View NotesStats: last electric Deep Elem Blues - 12/28/70 Notes: I've had this matrix in the can for almost fourteen years, but I was waiting to release it with 11-26. The SBD had never surfaced for the Alligator Alley show on 11-29 (until 2017), so I figured this amazing 4 show late fall run could all go in one volume, just in time for the 30th anniversary, instead I waited for the 40th Anniversary! Thanks to Andy Lemieux and Kingbee for the SBD and Matt Vernon for encoding it, and to Bill Koucky for bringing us the AUD, we all appreciate it. Enjoy! -Chappy 11-28-20

View NotesNotes: This is a second remaster of this excellent recording and show. Crossfades were applied between nearly all first set tunes and before To Lay Me Down and US Blues. Edits and mastering were done at 24 bit. The discs are seamless. --------------------------------------------------------- Tech Notes SHNs were decoded to wave and Audition 3.0 was used to reassemble the tracks back to 1 long wave. Surcode CD Pro DTS was used to encode to DTS. - Mixed by [email protected] - FLAC conversion 17-FEB-2008 --------------------------------------------------------- Audio Patches: 1) At the beginning of soundboard, 3 minutes and 17.637 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This includes the first notes of Jack Straw. 2) Between Peggy-O and Little Red Rooster, 24.512 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. 3) Between Little Red Rooster and Tennessee Jed, 4.999 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. 4) Between Tennessee Jed and Passenger, 1 minute and 13.452 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. 5) Between Passenger and Deep Elem Blues, 51.345 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. While the Audio-CD standard (Red Book) hasn't changed to accommodate these new sound formats, it is still possible to go around the specification and to put a 5.1 surround recording on a regular Audio-CD. To play a DTS-Audio-CD you must connect your DVD/CD player via a digital cable (optical or coaxial) to your DTS Dolby-Digital receiver. It is not 100% sure that your receiver will recognize a DTS-Audio CD, so the first time you're trying to playback a DTS-Audio-CD you must do a test to determine if it can. Begin with the volume very low, start the disc and raise the volume gradually. NEVER listen to a DTS-Audio-CD through the analog audio outputs of your CD/DVD player. Burning Instructions Burn them the absolute same way as you would burn any normal Audio-CD from FLAC files. Brokedown House Productions

View NotesA remaster of an excellent performance and recording through Wavelab. Stranger was put on the end of disc 1 to allow show to fit on 2 discs. There was a pause between Stranger and To Lay Me Down, this splice was edited out, as was the splice/flips after Passenger and between drums and space. There was also some diginoise on my DAT eliminated before US Blues.
