Fix of shnid 318

I deleted the overlap between CDs 2 and 3 to make the transition seamless. I then (counterintuitively) added fade tracks to the end of CD 2 and CD 3 for those wishing to burn to CD. To make the transition seamless simply remove the fade tracks. All SHNs were converted to FLAC.

I removed the JBGoode from the previous night that was at the beginning of the CD 1.
