SBD and Audience Matrix Mix of about a 60% SBD to 40% Audience.
Taper Notes:
View NotesDiscs 2 and 3 are seemless. Source Info: SBD: shnid 29490 SBD -> Cassette Master (Sony TCD5M/UDXL-II) -> Dat (Panasonic SV3800/48k). Transferred and Edited By Charlie Miller Audience: shnid 19416 MAC (Taped by Steve Rolfe, Nakamichi CM-700 mics > Sony TC-158) > DAT > CD > Samsung SW-232B extraction (EAC v0.9 beta 4) > tracking (CD Wave) > sector boundary verification (shntool v1.01) > .shn encoding (mkwACT v0.97 beta 1) Tech Notes: I changed the way I track my seeds because I feel cdrs are soon going to be a thing of the past. I also tracked all tunings because some folks(not me) like to shuffle. I did this show for Chris Wagenbach, Rob Fowler and Bill Gump, friends how were at the show. I know I wish I was it smokes. For those burning CDRs disc 1 is over 80 minutes, if you dont want to over burn just don't include Track 20. I would suggest staring Disc 2 at track 28. Special thanks to Charlie Miller, Steve Rolfe and all others involved in getting these fine seeds out their Any questions or comments feel free to email me at [email protected] Enjoy and peace. Jim

View NotesThis version containing zero digital or analog generations was transferred to disc directly off the Master DAT direct from the SBD Master Cassette and is a nice upgrade to the previously circulating version. (Thanks King Bee & Aoxoa!) Cassette flips in Dancin' in the Streets and The Other One were patched with the circulating AUD tape detailed below. Edits performed via Cool Edit 2000. Final audio tracks were run through shntool, adjusted for correct sector boundaries, then shn'd and verified via MKW. * 0:17.227 of Dancin' in the Streets was patched in and normalised +3.99db(L)/+3.90db(R) from the circulating AUD listed below ** 0:34.455 of The Other One was patched in and normalised +3.32db(L)/+3.17db(R) from the circulating AUD listed below . 0:00.129 of dead space at the tape flip was removed from the SBD prior to splicing in the AUD segment. Taper Notes:
View NotesThere was a mic-cable or connection problem that caused static in the right channel at various times during the show. Wavelab plug-ins were applied to soften it, and in some severe spots the left channel was pasted over right to make a mono signal. Patches were added to cover approx one minute at end of Drums and fifteen seconds at start of Black Peter, making 2nd set seamless. Suggested CDR burn: D1 s1t01 > s1t11, D2 s2t01 > s2t03, D3 s2t04 > s2t12.
