View NotesNotes on Stu Allen & Mars Hotel at The Ashkenaz Community Center, Berkeley CA, April 17th, 2013 Recording gear used: Sound Devices 744T 4-channel hard disc recorder @ 24/96 resolution. Sources: Crown SASS P Mk 2 stereo condenser PZM @ the center stage lip; Crown CM-700 cardioid condenser mics spread to either side of the SASS focused on the bass (L) and the keys (R). All 4 mic channels were mixed through a Shure FP-42 mixer to a stereo pair of outputs into ch. 1 & 2 of the 744. A L-R pair of sbd feeds were used into the 3-4 channels of the 744. Path: 744T>ext. hard drive>Samplitude ProX>TLH>flac.
