Taper Notes:
View Notes* = Denotes rock version. This show celebrated the band's 25th anniversary. Local H performed their first show on Friday, April 20th, 1990 at the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater. The setlist features a couple nods to the early days with an extended tag at the end of "Cynic" as well as the first live performance of "Elephant" in over 22 years. The show also marks the record release of "Hey, Killer" which was released the previous Tuesday (the 14th). The show was packed and sold out. Without question, one of the band's best in recent years. Historically, this show represents 25 years, but the performance and pure shock value (Elephant!!!) make this one a must listen. The show came out pretty bass heavy. I performed a slight EQ in Adobe Audition to even the bass out and bring out some highs. Some songs had more bass than others (ie: "All The Kids Are Right") but you shouldn't notice too much of a difference when playing this back on your favorite home, car or portable stereo. Remember, to hear the absolute highest quality available, please listen to the lossless FLAC files, preferably the 24 bit/48kHz version! Can't wait for the next 25!
