Set up at the stairs in front to the Mix position, Kirk D was doing some multi tracking and there were no on stage mics. Both pairs pf Milab’s picked up the true sound in the venue right in front of the sound mixing position, which was horrid, but should have been awesome!. The horns could not be heard well in the house. Mike Walkers keys could almost never be heard, and Jerry’s vocals were totally muddy and the effects were way too much making it difficult to actually hear his words. The soundboard mix was heavy on guitar, which was unneeded the vocals were strong but as noted muddy. Horns are slightly present in the mix and occasionally the keys. The soundboard feed had some drums in the mix mostly kick and snare with a light cymbal sizzle. Overall it was one of the worst sounding Jerry shows I have heard, but don’t let this discourage you, it was a great show and the post matrix saved the bad room sound. Enjoy ArchivalAudio
