View NotesThe Jed Luckless Band hits August West Amphitheater for their last show of the summer before a brief hiatus, and you can tell they're having a blast! The first set is JLB Trio sans Mark G. on keys. Of course MG is missed, but the Trio holds up well, turning out several of the highlights of the show, including the "Smile Forever" dedication, a wicked Saw Mill River jam and a nice tight debut of the Phish cover "Nothing." The set wraps up with a real solid version of "The Freeze." Mark slides right in for second set and JLB is off with a bang! The Grateful Dead heavy second set features killer versions of "Sugaree" and "Wharf Rat," along with a fun Phish "Gumbo" and an original debut, "Queen Lucille." THe boys close out the show with a fun "US Blues." A high energy JLB show with alot of great moments....enjoy!
