View NotesNotes: Although it was not the first time he had mixed sound for Conehead, this was the first show in which Scott Benson was their "regular" soundman. This created a marked improvement on both the sound quality of the shows themselves, and my recordings. The Opus Cafe was not open for very long, and this was one of the very few shows that was ever played there, by any band. This show marked the debuts of Piggies, Lioness, and The Man With The Magik Hat (shortened to Magik Hat from here on after.) Mario Servayega (unsure of spelling) played percussion and sang vocals on Sights. Other interesting notes on my analog J Cards include the fact that Chris Fisher was playing a new electric guitar, and that Terry Lynch broke up with his girlfriend.
