View NotesYarn rolls into Asheville for the first annual Jason Holt birthday extravaganza. That's not what it was actually called but that's a running theme of the show. Teeny little room, Mo Daddy's. The stage backs up to a big window facing the street so for those strolling by on the sidewalk it's kind of like looking at the band in a big fishtank. Pretty good sound for such a small venue. This one includes the soundcheck which consisted of Yarn knocking out a tune in front of the bar patrons. They left the stage, had a drink, and trotted right back up and played a full set. This will probably be the only time you'll hear a banjo solo during a Lou Reed song as well. Y'all enjoy.
