View NotesJason Fuller is pinch hitting for Glenn McClelland on keyboards DEANER'S TOUR DIARY: This show was put together by my man Jesse Houts (from alt.music.ween), and turned out to be a huge success. This was our first time in Santa Cruz and it's a pretty cool town. I spent the night before the show awake 'til dawn with Mick Preston in my room. I had a 10th floor suite overlooking the beach and we set up a trash barrel in the sand below which we drew rings around. We gathered up 10 rolls of toilet paper and a bucket of water----the idea was to make grapefruit sized wet toilet paper bombs which you had to throw in the can from 10 floors up. Sorta like darts, except totally asinine and juvenile and with lots of drugs and whiskey. The show was off the hook-----we'll definitely be back to Santa Cruz.
