He was kind enough to donate his services to the Northern Alaska Environmental Center's first annual "ANWR Awareness Fest" (paraphrased), and the nearly 200 people who showed up were treated to a near-two-hour set that spanned his career. A bit of a challenge pulling a great recording (the blue head was mounted on a chair, about 18 inches off the ground, DFC in the back row, or, not much elevation), and due to that, you hear the occasional chair creak/soda pop open/car race by (the building is right on 35 mph College road, and the "stage" was their backyard, so cars were driving past at 35-40 mph, and with it being summer in Alaska, you occasionally hear one rev up at the stop light). I also did an internals recording, aimed at the wedge and the crowd, I think it sounds better with a bit of EQ (due to the lack of flaws on this one), but I deferred to Dennis as to which one to up. We may get to that one at a future date... Anyhow, you know the drill...thank Dennis, fuck me, pay the cashier at the D. O(rr haha). Or something like that... ---Dr. Deep is *always* headed northbound (aka "getting HIGH")
