The national Corvette Museum is in Bowling Green. And this weekend was the SAME weekend as the Kentucky Derby, which means that Corvette owners nationwide converge on Bowling Green for some sort of owners' convention. There were a couple hundred mint 'Vettes inside (this was before the sinkhole incident, I believe, Google it), and an easy 1000+ outside in the parking lot. So that was pretty much the daytime activity, before the nitty-gritty rock of The Steepwater Band that evening. I knew I'd "come home to mama" when, after arriving at the venue, their venue merch logo said, on the back, in big letters, "NO BALLS, NO FUN!" :D :D :D Anyhow, a blistering 2+ hour show, they really brought it this night. There is Hi8 footage of the complete show in the archives, no idea when i'll get to that, as it'll have to be digitized. Check it out! THANK Dennis for his time! Tell me whatever insult you have at the ready! As it's all good, and as always, there's more to come! ---ballsdeep OUT!!!
