The crowd was great this night. We played at this spot once before and weren't sure how it was going to work out. It's kind of a classy middle aged martini hang out, Not exactly the type of place or crowd that we are used to playing for. But it turned out great. I think the free drinks caught up with us by the end of the night. Not to say that we sound bad, Im just saying it sounds like we are having WAY too much fun.

This is Ellis's first night playing trumpet with us, we rearranged Chilly willy for him to add a horn lick in there. We also completely rearranged Rip and renamed it as well. We were supposed to play it right after Llamma but the lights went on and it was time for everyone to go. Oh well, maybe next show we will premier it. So far we got away with playing 3 new tunes and one small improv.
