View NotesNotes: This is the annual Motet Halloween show. This night it featured music by Parlament Funk. Motet had a 14 piece band. With 5 singers, 2 guitars, 2 key players, 4 horns, drummer, bass and congas. They played 2 high energy sets at a sold out show. Recorded with DPA mics on stage with a SBD feed and created a 6 channel matrix. Mics on stand at 4 feet. Crowd banter very minimal. Sound at the venue was very good. Sound of recording is good to very good. Thanks to Dave Watts and The Motet for letting me record. Thanks to Dave Tash Motet Sound man for SBD feed and time and effort.
