A rare acoustic show with half the set being all new songs, currently being recorded for the third Curiously Strong Peppermints album.  This was a surprise show, as Awkward Bodies--a band that features members of The Curiously Strong Peppermints anyways--was supposed to play, but cancelled at the last moment.  An impromptu acoustic show was devised literally the night before the show.  The choice was made for the performance to be entirely acoustic, so Mason was assigned to play a number of non-electrified exotic instruments strewn across the stage; Jeannette was invited to play clarinet, percussion and backing vocals.

This is an excellent soundboard recording of the show (Jeannette is panned to the left and Mason panned to the right), recorded by the soundman Stephan Ahonen, who was coincidentally the first drummer for The Curiously Strong Peppermints!
