The first track is faded-in due to a technical difficulty at start; after that, it's smooth sailing. Los Lobos was jammy, jazzy, and impromptu. As a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Band, it could have marched through hit after hit and the concert would have been about the same as listening to one of their CDs at home. Instead, the band let the music play them and stretched out with long, improvised jams. Conspicuously absent was Cesar Rojas, the band's lead singer, but David Hildago did well in lieu. The complete Los Lobos concert follows the Gypsy Cowboys set, starting at Track 10. Enjoy.
