--this was the "13th Annual NedFest"  
--"NedFest" was located specifically in the mountains along the banks of the Barker Meadow Reservoir in Nederland, Colorado, just 17 miles west of (& 3000 ft. above!!) Boulder, CO  
--even though this set was technically billed as "Bill Kreutzmann w/ Steve Kimock, Kyle Hollingsworth & George Porter Jr.", I agree with ColoradoCorey's assessment that this was in reality a 'Steve Kimock & Friends' show & can be listed & categorized that way because Steve is the one that put this group together & led the charge on it, etc.
