--Thanks so much to whomever originally recorded & shared out this Kingfish 1986 show & to Charlie Miller for the transfer & share of his copy far & wide to us all.  Absolutely Appreciated!!  
--when combing thru this, I could hear that this was pulling to the Left a tad & so I opened it up & discovered that sure enough, it's a bit out of phase alignment to the tune of the Left channel being about 5 samples ahead of the Right channel...I will probably fix this issue someday when someone put a bunch more hours in the day.  Not sure that this is the case for Set 2, but most assuredly for Set 1
--d2t01 gets snipped off as it's ending before the final couple of notes
--d2t12 cuts in during the 3rd line of the first verse at "Did he steal his fate or earn it"
--I added the band members info
--this is Kingfish #14, billed at shows as "Kingfish with Bob Weir"
