View Notesshow notes: well, this Lollapalooza was a bust right out of the gate. got up on the lawn, The Breeders hit the stage, I got 6 songs taped (in a mere 10 minutes!), then....BUSTED! she (yeah, a chick) made me give her my batteries. but I had more of those, and tape, so I waited until dusky-time, and taped the last half of the Beasties...and then THIS! pretty sure this show has been discussed ad-nauseum in the past, and believe it was considered one of the "top 5 Lolla sets", due to the rarities played in the time alotted. you be the judge....fresh transfer from the "spring of '15" project...and it's 3+ years later, and here we are.... hopefully you kids enjoy. he's not a silverfucker....he just claims the name dandrew. THANK him for his time...which we all only have so much of. as for me, you can fucking tell me to fucking stick it where the sun don't fucking shine. or something like that. just gonna keep digging in these boxes, and see what else tickles my fancy... ---ballsdeep is OUT!!!

View NotesThis is the second, rarer source of this show, which includes the full ending. The I Am One rant includes lines from Zero. 'Concerto in C Minor' includes teases of Voodoo Child (Slight Return) by Hendrix, Purple Haze by Hendrix, and Fantastic Voyage by Coolio. See the SPLRA page for more info. On my copy of this show side 2 was significantly quieter than side 1. I normalized them separately to 95% and they seem to be about the same volume now, but there is obviously more noticable tape hiss on side 2 (starting with Spaceboy). View Notes* this is the first source for this show, which circulated for some time before the more complete version popped up * taped from the lawn, near a repeater stack. possibly by Steve (aka ballsdeep), but I'm not certain * final perforance of Spaceboy * last Daydream until 2007-06-05 * last Plume until 2012-10-02 tape flip between Geek USA and Today, end improv cuts "Well seeing how we're boring the fuck out of you, we'll just play a bunch of songs you don't know. This is an unreleased song called Frail and Bedazzled."
