Taper Notes:
View Notes-* w/ Jamie Masefield (of Jazz Mandolin Project) on mandolin -There is a some phasing/noise at the beginning of "Martyr" due to an umbrella being put over the microphones -This is a new completely digital transfer (September 2007). The original transfer had an analog (MD D>A > sound card A>D) generation. -I used a second MD recorder (Sony MZ-R37) to record for a few seconds while I switched discs in the MT180 after 80 minutes. I edited the pieces together in Sonar which is how the recording of the show is seamless from beginning to end. -No fades in between discs so that the show can be joined seamlessly on longer media. *Thanks to Rusted Root for allowing taping.
