Subject :  [RW2C] 20th Congress on Bay Area KFOG!! 
 
 
On a whim, I fired off an email to Mike Powers who programs the "Sunday 
Night Jam" show at 11pm on KFOG.  It's a really great radio show I've 
listened to for awhile - he has a great collection of Bay Area music. 

Anyways, he replied to me that he would try and play some 20th Congress, 
cause he really likes them.   I figured in the next couple of weeks he might 
play a track - but I wasn't holding my breath. 

I tuned in at 11pm last night and the first song he played was BET off 
Giving Up the Ghost!!!  Way cool.  KFOG is a pretty vast radio station, it 
covers the entire Bay Area.  After the song was over, he said something 
like, "That was Bet (like placing a bet, not B.E.T.) from Robert Walter's 
20th Congress new album, Giving up the Ghost, featuring guitar playing by 
the Bay Area's very own Will Bernard."  Pretty neat....here's where Mike 
posts the setlists of his show.  Typical taper, I did capture the tune and 
comments on my computer, so maybe I'll stick it on the end of a CD somewhere 
that goes onto archive.  Jeff P.
