Duluth is a really nice town. much nicer than most people imagine. Except for the finns. By that i mean Finnish people. There are a lot of Finns in the Duluth area. Finnish people are not Scandinavians really. Their language is related to Hungarian, and most likely come from the Steppes of central asia. That is they are likely the descendants of some terrifying horse riding nomads from central asia. I mean when you can live in the same neighborhood as the vikings and not get pushed out then you must be scary right? I mean these chain smoking skiing and sniper shooting dudes fought the soviet union to a standstill back when the soviet union was big and scary. I find this most impressive especially since your typical finn is not tall and fair like the norse or ruskies. dark and short and usually quite drunk shouting profanities like "perkele." come to the show and enjoy yourself. just beware of finns.
