Judging by the amount of tape hiss and poor dynamic range, I would say this is a 
SBD > Cass/1 > DAT, dubbed with a dual-well deck.  The bottom line is this show 
has a lot of tape hiss and is quite rare, so pass this up if you're just 
looking for crispy 1990 SBD's.  -Jeff

-d1t01 0:01-0:02 minor splices/skips
-Amplitude discrepencies in d1t01-03,06, d2t02,05,06,10
-Muffled sound in d1t06 starting at 2:13 but eventually returns to normal 
  after about 3 minutes
-Drop out in d2t10 8:04, followed by severe clipping 8:06-8:08
-Tape flips

Fixes:
-Normalized each set to 98%.
-Decreased amplitude discrepencies at beginning and end of d1t02 and beginning of d1t03
-Applied Cool Edit Hiss Reduction based on floor sample obtained in d2t09 with a 
  floor noise level of 8 dB and hiss reduction factor of 5 dB.
-Removed pop in d1t02 0:27.444 with pencil tool in SF4.5
		d1t04 0:25.648 with pencil tool in SF4.5
		d1t05 2:32.345 with pencil tool in SF4.5
		d1t08 2:17.642 with pencil tool in SF4.5
		d2t06 1:59.148 with pencil tool in SF4.5
		d2t09 2:10.153 with pencil tool in SF4.5
-Performed high pass filter in Cool Edit 2000 with the following specs to 
 reduce residual analog high-pitched noises (freq analysis performed in SF4.5):
