Working on this seed I realized why - the whoops, screams and whistles were constant throughout. So I finally cleaned up the recording so that I can enjoy listening with headphones. --The house mix was heavy on Phil and many of the vocals were sometimes muddy sounding and a bit difficult to understand. This master vs the 16 bit seed back in 2016 helps rectify that. Plus, this keeps the native 24 bit format intact. --As usual, take it if you need it, if you don't just pass it on. --Aloha from Maui, nassau73 vg NOTES (5/15/2023): Super BIG Thank you to nassau73 for recording & sharing this Phil Lesh & Friends 2016 show & for the extra work he put into post-production in 2023 to make it even nicer for us all!! Sounds very nice when the mix comes together...Aloha!! --I added more detail to the band members info --corrected some songs toward how they appear on the original albums --added more detail to the setlist --t09 was missing in the setlist in the original text file, but all the music was here in the FLACs...in the original text file, "Help On the Way" was listed as t10 & then "Samson & Delilah" was not listed...I rectified all that as well. --added more detail to the venue info --https://www.mauiarts.org/castle.php --created an md5 checksum file --added the ffp fingerprints to the text file --added a few nice pics of the venue & a poster of the 2016 New Years Run --included the original text file here, renamed as 'originalinfo'

Usually the crowd at the MACC is very subdued. It's not uncommon to hear shouts of "down in front" if you stand and dance. But that wasn't the case at this show! Everyone was up and moving with many smiles all around. The house mix was heavy on Phil and many of the vocals were sometimes muddy sounding and a bit difficult to understand. But the overall sound was very good.
