View NotesThis was my 29th birthday show and I must thank the Grateful Dead family for making it the best. 1st off I sent a copy of my drivers license with my mail order and got 13th row DFC. Thanks Ruby!!! Then a few days before at GOTV Phil had a Donor card meet & greet and well I threw him my license and said I am already a donor "would you sign a few posters and play Into The Mystic for my b-day on the 10th" He happily signed em and made a note. Well on this day I miracled a wookie my extra and asked him not to come down to the seat as it was my b-day and I will be getting my freak on. Then I informed everybody around my seats that it was my b-day and Phil is going to play Into the Mystic for me. Part cause I was high on life and part cause I wanted them to be cooperative with my FOB efforts ;). That payed off!!! LOL PlQ was really on a tear this summer and this night was no exception. A great setlist with even an "Eyes". One of my most favs. I kept hope, but no Mystic. Come on Mystic for Encore, nope Ramble on Rose. It's over :( bummer, no wait Brian Farmer is handing Warren the hollow body. WHAT!!! One more song!!! Well even with the loud mouth that didn't want me to have my perfect birthday by screaming She Said, I kept my mouth closed and my fingers crossed. On that first strum of Warren's guitar my feet were 5ft off the ground, I was so stoked. Thank You Phil, for a real good time!!!! PLQ on your birthday. PRICLESS!!!!
