View NotesLocation: Last pew, isle seat, stage left Comments: No amplification at all. It was a room of only 50 people, but I was too far back to record at a normal level. The result was a VERY quiet recording. I have boosted the volume of the songs significantly, but I the separated the applause and left those tracks at their recorded volume (normal listening volume). This is the best form of the recording I could make. If you have skills with these things and would like to take a shot at making the overall show sound better, send me an email and I'll get you a copy of my master recording. I have seen the setlist from the early show, and I would have preferred to see Mount Eerie parts 1-5 (or 1-7), but the last song (Voice in Headphones) made the 1.5 hour trip each way worthwhile. Pick up a copy of the new record (in book form). The packaging is beautiful, and the music is fantastic and complex. A real piece of art.
