Minor technical issues with Pete's bass on "Spaceman" but the segue into "Lucy" is very nice, not to mention "Lucy" itself as well as a hot "Who Can Say". "High Five" when done this night had a false start following John's drum intro. This has been edited to remove the hiccup and seem as though it never happened ;) A few tracks extracted from the Sally Tomatoes show are added, including a nice version of "Across The Universe". The second disc consists of 8 selections from the 4/20 Gathering of the Tribe at Slim's in San Francisco. Incredible versions of "Stella Blue" and "TMIOK" start things off (the later includes Jason Crosby sitting in on keyboards). The remaining 6 tracks include David Nelson and are a special treat. I hope you enjoy as much as I did preparing this potpourri of early 2014 songs.
