View NotesThis was, imho, the best moe. show I have seen this year. You know when they open with Head they mean business, and indeed they did. Great song selection tonight, and immense playing. Lots of energy from all, the crowd was seething and teeming with energy, and teaming with them moe. brought down the house. I asked Steve (thanks, again, by the way for getting my mics to the lip of the board, I hope some of the mud is gone, and by the way you did an amazing job tonight) how the band must feel, leaving the stage knowing they just destroyed us. Anyway, hat's off to ditch, alex, JJ, bob, kate, ira and syd, travis, that cfo guy from SD, the trio from the train station in plauen, and the people whom I unintentionally omitted. Lastly but not leastly thanks to Jeff and the rest of the amazing staff at the Independent for their professionalism and accommodating hospitality.
