Low Dog did it again! One of many I received straight from the source back in those days. We wouldn't have as many recordings from this period in MMJ's history if Low Dog hadn't been "on tour" with the band! "Honest Man" was introduced as "from our 1987 debut album "Biblical Prophecies"!" Low Dog wrote: "A great crowd, lots of fanatics and some new fans. They played a long time here, probably 90 minutes. Got By My Car, too! Jim did three songs at the end and then band came on and closed with Lil Billy. One word: rock!!!! During Bermuda Highway (solo Jim) I suddenly thought "this must be what the first minute of Heaven is like...when you die you will hear 10,000 angels singing the last minute of Bermuda Highway...just doing that gorgeous melody of "ah-ah-ah-ah-ah....ah-ah"", etc! I told Johnny this last night and he said could relate." There was a cut between tracks 2 and 3, between tracks 3 and 4, and between tracks 11 and 12. All I could do between tracks 2 and 3 and between tracks 3 and 4 was a fade-out and fade-in, so these breaks are still audible. Between tracks 11 and 12 the various bits and pieces have been crossfaded, and the transition is quite nice now I think. The just mentioned cuts are present on the master discs as well. The first one was mainly due to finding a better spot for recording, and adjusting the volume a bit. The second cut is there, because it contains some talking between Low Dog and Joseph from Swearing At Motorists, which has been left off of the recording obviously. The last cut is due to changing the discs, as they only record 80 minutes. So, there's no need to go back to the masters, as the gaps will be present anyhow. Used software: EAC v0.95b4, CoolEditPro v2.00, CDWave v1.94.5, and FLAC v1.1.2 as build in Traders Little Helper v1.1.1 (build 90).
