I took the raw audio file into iZotope RX to declick it (sensitivity 9.5, max click width 3.4) to remove most of these. The results are pretty good. I also removed the 120 hz fan noise, since they had all the fans on at the venue. Also, thanks to Lawrence & Ashley for helping out.
