Maktub brought the funk back to San Diego in this headlining gig at the belly up tavern. A five piece funk machine from Seattle, WA, Maktub (pronounced 'Mock-Tube'), which is arabic for 'It is Written' played a strong setlist which included some new songs from their new album, which they just finished recording in the studio with Printz Board.
