Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real 39th Annual Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic Billy Bob's Texas - main stage Fort Worth, TX USA Wednesday July 4, 2012 Micah Nelson painted onstage during set * w/ Amy Nelson band: Lukas Nelson - vox - guitar Corey McCormick - bass Anthony LoGerfo - drums Tato Melgar - percussion taped near front right stack. had no idea Lukas was taper friendly, i've got some other shows i'll upload. note#2... this was my 'backup' rig - i ran MBHO's but Deneke battery died about 40 min into set. i'll up it but these AT's held their own so if ur gonna get one show, go w/ the AT's, otherwise give the MBHO src a listen in the 1st 40min. -support this band - buy their merch - show up! i think this was either 3rd or 4th time taping them so i'll find some older shows.

about 40min into set, my 9v battery died in the Deneke so it went literally flat. grab other src, this is for archival purposes. i use a Naiant Tinybox w/ output xformers on these mics & it sounds much better than Deneke. if someone wants to matrix the two srcs, let me know. one of my M10's runs about 22.5ms faster (per hour) than the other. also note, i did not have windscreens on the MBHO's at the time so when the overhead airducts kicked in, i had to move.
