This one is all Feat with the exception of Hank Williams's Weary Blues, sung by David Bromberg, and a terrific new Bill Payne number called If I Had a Mind To. It's a bit simpler than tunes like Rooster Rag (lyrics by Robert Hunter), but just as rollicking and catchier. It's a highlight here, but my favorite is still Fred's One Breath at a Time. It's so perfect for the Jamaica Horns treatment, a deliciously funky brew with dueling guitars from Fred and Larry Campbell. There's something for everyone here. Rooster Rag and Six Feet Of Snow are the bluegrass section, with fine guitar work from Bromberg and Larry Campbell on violin. Craig Fuller sings the beautiful Hanging On To The Good Times. And the last section is Feat heaven, with smoking jams throughout. This show is much longer than the previous two hour-long sets. The songs are longer and the jams extended. And once again, it gets the sound quality it deserves. Alex did a lot of work on this one and it really shows.
