It's a flashback to the arrangement they used throughout the 90s, with the Dixieland section between the first two verses – my favorite Chicken recipe. Fred really nails it on trumpet. Sound is a little off at the start of Cajun Rage but quickly adjusts to the fine Chris & Alex matrix we've come to know and love. It's a definite upgrade from other sources.
