View NotesThere are sound problems during the begining 50 seconds of "Hate To Lose", but sound quality is good on the whole. *) w/ Shigeru Suzuki on guitar Shigeru Suzuki, SIck-GEt-bonaROO SUE-ZOO-KIng, played the guitar with a Japanese rock band "Happy End" from 1970 to 1975. The band recorded "Sayonara Amerika, Sayonara Nippon" with Lowell George, Bill Payne, Van Dyke Parks and others in Los Angeles. This song was written by Lowell and produced by Van Dyke. The interesting story about that recording can be read on "The Little Feat Saga" written by Bud Scoppa appears in "Hotcakes & Outtakes". 26 years later, Suzuki was invited to the stage by Paul Barrere, then played his trademark at "Dixie Chicken" with the Feats. I believe that the track is one of the highlights for their Japan tour 1999. Enjoy.
